Some modern phones have an automatic feature "macro mode", which impacts readability of close-up camera scan and user experience (flicking camera).

Focus mode (qcamera.html) doesn't have any effect on this behaviour.

It would be great to have possibility to disable this macro-switch with QML Camera object (like focus mode).

There is a demonstration how it affects user experience with a camera. Without macro, the camera output is clear and sharp. With macro enable, the quality of the output and the readability of object are worse.
