QCamera property "exposureCompensation" does not have minimum or maximum values

      The QCamera API has no way to check if the property "exposureCompensation" is supported. Nor does it support minimum or maximum ranges. This is problematic because the user cannot determine whether exposure compensation does anything on the device.

      Proposed solution:
      Either deprecate the property, or  introduce new properties  or functions to expose this information
