The 6.10 Beta4 snapshot seems to have the same release metadata as 6.10 Beta3 release

      When launching the installer normally, and selecting "Add or remove components", I can see, correctly, that I already have 6.10 Beta3 installed.

      When I then run the installer again with --staging-commercial, and select "Add or remove components", it shows me that I have 6.10 Beta4 installed.

      I have never installed Beta4. The installer doesn't show me that I have Beta3 installed.
