VectorImage doesn't use the <missing-glyph>

      1. Run the quickvectorimage manual test.
        I found it in qtdeclarative/tests/manual/quickvectorimage/
      2. Use the test to open the attached .svg file.
        It's a part of a change I'd like to merge into qtsvg.

      Expected: The image is shown with arrows facing up or blank spaces, respectively.
      Actual: The test displays the texts' unicode strings where <missing-glyph> elements should be shown:
