Rename QDesktopServices to reflect its utility in non-desktop platforms too

      QDesktopServices is very useful for mobile platforms too (see https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qdesktopservices.html#ios-and-macos for example). Let's make the class name reflect its broad utility (QPlatformServices? QOSServices?), so that potential users won't skip the class when searching for techniques to implement URL handlers.
