QStateMachine tests aren't running on the CI

    • e6984bc55 (dev), 2c5d03c8a (6.10.0), 80b87dd0e (6.10), 66f87eb97 (6.9), 28974c8f1 (tqtc/lts-6.8)

      When investigating the failures of tst_qstatemachine on 6.8 we've discovered that the submodule updates on 6.10 and dev passed without running this test.
