      Improve performance of QImageReader and JPEG files. When QImageReader is compared with an app like gthumb, the difference in speed is quite great when it comes to processing JPEG files, however when it comes to PNG files they are more or less the same.

      Qt 4.2 will have a performance increase of roughly 10% over 4.1 when setting a scaled size on the reader. We will look into optimizing this further for a future release.
