Icon QML Type for themed icons

      Currently we have QML types like `Button` and `Action` that can set icon.name to make use of icons from system theme, but don't have a QML type that allows developer directly show up an icon.

      KDE have `Kirigami.Icon` for this purpose. It could be great if we have such thing directly in QQC2.
