Go to installer , extensions, webengine select only x64 target and debug information:

Issue:
- Installer fetches debug information for arm64
- Installation folder has msvc2022_arm64 folder with qtpdf and qtwebengine pdb files , (note qtpdf was not selected even -> QTBUG-140095)
- missing pdb files for x64 -> debugging does not work
Issue is not present in 6.9.2
