Refactor TestCase, allow tests that don't depend on Qt Quick

      Currently, TestCase inherits Item and contains API for simulating GUI events.

      Architecturally, it makes sense to split out the non-GUI part for non-GUI tests (QtQmlTest?) like those in Qt GRPC and Qt Positioning, for example.
