crash of QWebEngine when run from c:\windows\system32

      If you have a simple example program that loads a QWebEngineView, if you run it from c:\windows\system32.

      We discovered it because one of our users started a command line (cmd.exe) as admin and that starts into that location.

      It seems to have been there for a longer time since at least 6.8.3 also has the issue.
