Crash when rapidly moving a dock widget

      Steps to reproduce (C++)

      1. Launch old example qtbase\tests\manual\examples\widgets\mainwindows
      2. Undock a dock, move it around rapidly
      3. Observe crash ( qtbug140207_stack.txt )

      When running the attached code, moving a docked widget rapidly around the app will cause a "Windows fatal exception: access violation"

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Launch the attached code
      2. Hold a dock as if to drag it around
      3. Move it rapidly back and forth around the app while holding it.
