QAndroidPlatformOpenGLWindow::eglSurface() and QtAndroidAccessibility::runInObjectContext() crash

      When trying to run an QWidget Android app and when selecting a GUI widget the app crashes. I've tried disabling the accessibility via the QT_ANDROID_DISABLE_ACCESSIBILITY environment variable with the same results.
