[examples] mediaplayerexample style seems messed up on dark kde

      Running the mediaplayerexample on kde (breeze dark) has a rather messed up styling

      • the buttons have almost no contrast (dark grey vs back)
      • the "directories/places" column has black text on very dark grey background
