QInputDialog incorrectly first aligns vertically to top of a mainwindow. After top alignment dialog re-aligns to the bottom of mainwindow.
QProgressDialog incorrectly aligns vertically to top of a mainwindow.

Behaviour has changed after 4.6.3 where dialogs correctly align to the bottom of the mainwindow.
