When the application is running in Dark Mode, the expansion button on the QToolBar becomes invisible until hovered over.

Attached example shows this:

1. Run the attached test application that creates a QToolBar containing 50 actions.
2. Observe the toolbar >> visible in Light Mode at the right edge.
3. Switch the system to Dark Mode.
4. Observe that the expansion button is not visible until hovered over with the mouse.
