[REG. 6.8.3 -> 6.9.3] SVG rendering broken

      Qt 6.8.3 - works fine. 

      Qt 6.9.3 - bug.

      P.S. It seems that this is caused by CSS shadows. They seems to be ignored in Qt 6.8.x and rendered with issues in Qt 6.9.x. We've removed them and now this SVG (folder_qt_6_9_3_ok.svg) is rendered correctly.
