Description
The existing protocol does not implement any way to find whether a plugin/service is available on both sides. That is, the only way to find that .e.g an app hasn't been built with debugging support enabled (linked against qmljsdebuggerlib) is to ping a service, and wait for a certain time for a response.
The protocol should implement an 'advertisement' message that is proactively send for all plugins being registered / unregistered on both sides.
