Currently the dev snapshots in online installer are using component name .dev. and installation folder based on the current Qt version.

This has few drawbacks:

• snapshot must be hidden when first beta packages is released for the same Qt version
• existing installations of dev snapshots conflict with the beta releases of the same Qt version due to same installation path
• New packages configs need to be created for the first beta release

Change the process so that the dev package configs use the actual release component name (e.g., .6110. instead of .dev.) and continue to be used for the release after FF. New package configs are then created for the dev when it's ready for its first snaphost as 6.12.0.
