[OAS] Refactor and Extend Compression/Decompression Logic

      The current compress() and decompress() implementations support gzip and zlib only. 

      We want to:

      • Refactor existing logic for gzip and zlib (There is already a task for zlib: QTBUG-139963)
      • Add support for additional compression algorithms such as Brotli and Zstandard

      Check QtNetwork/private/qdecompresshelper_p.h for potential code reuse.
