It's possible to do this by qmllint --write-defaults and then disabling (commenting out) all of the warnings except the ones you want to fix, but forgetting to re-enable them could be a problem.
Olivier proposed a --no-default-categories argument:
--ignore-settings --no-default-categories --unqualified warning --fix
Having something like this would be useful.
