To use noise cancellation for the microphone, the easyeffects is installed, filters configured, and the default input is set to its "Easy Effects Source". (it's not the way to use the EasyEffects, but the issue probably stands because of other virtual devices like the virtual microphones)

But it doesn't show up as a device in 6.10. Works with 6.9.
