Make -openssl-linked the default on Unix

    Description

      On Unix systems, OpenSSL is almost always present. The option should be the default if we detect OpenSSL > 1.0.0.

      Check if Mac OS X has OpenSSL by default. If it doesn't, leave it on dlopen mode.
