[BLOCKER-4.7.1] QMLviewer doesn't support UI device rotation for harmattan

      The QMLviewer tool does not support UI device rotation for harmattan. This does work for Fremantle and Symbian platforms however. A new backend for deviceorientation_harmattan.cpp should be provided, potentially by porting the functionality for Qt Components mdeclarativescreen which does support harmattan UI device rotation.
