ComboBox popup doesn't open correctly on the selected item with FluentWinUI3 style.

      Unlike Windows 11, the ComboBox popup does not open correctly on the selected item when using the FluentWinUI3 style.

      To reproduce the issue, run the attached example project, select Option 3, and then reopen the combobox.
