Add RectangleShape to QtQuick.Shapes

      This should use PathRectangle.

      To be feature complete bevel needs to the be added to PathRetangle.

      borderMode (https://doc-snapshots.qt.io/qtquickstudiocomponents-dev/qml-qtquick-studio-components-rectangleitem.html#borderMode-prop) will be implemented in RectangleShape by adjusting the used PathRectangle.
