Add high contrast support on iOS

      The contrastPreference (https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qaccessibilityhints.html#contrastPreference-prop) doesn't update based on whether the "Increase contrast" setting on iOS has been enabled or not.

       

      In addition, we might want to make changes to the iOS style, for some controls.

      AFAICT, enabling this setting mostly just changes palette colors.
