wasm: key repeat does not work on windows

      On windows and Linux desktop, holding a key sends key repeat for javascript.
      In wasm, it does not do this.

      On iOS, Android and Mac OS, holding a key presents a popup for choosing extended ascoo keys (both in javascript and wasm)
