      qt5.git has many \externalpage declaration throught the git submodules.
      Many of these links are no longer relevant due to age and the links \l are no longer used.

      Task is to check which of the \externalpages have no longer references to them and clean them from the repositories. This results in a lower footpring for the QDoc index files and general maintainence burden.
