Add API to set text directionality of QLabel, QLineEdit and QComboBox

    Description

      QLabel, QLineEdit and an editable QComboBox detects the directionality of text rather than respect their layout direction. While they should continue to default to automatic directionality, they should have API which makes it possible to override this, like QTextDocument has.
