Replace libjpeg with libjpeg-turbo in SDK

    Description

      "libjpeg-turbo" is an accelerated, API-compatible replacement for "libjpeg", with 2-4x the original speed for x86 and x86-64 CPUs, and some additional support for big endian pixel formats (RGBA, ABGR):

      Suggestion: all Qt SDK versions should link to "libjpeg-turbo" by default.

      I don't know whether non-x86 (smartphone/AMR) CPUs are supported (or could be supported) as well.
