margin-left attribute does not work for <ul> tags

    XMLWordPrintable

Details

    Description

      Consider the following HTML snippet:

      <ul style="margin-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px;">
      <li>This should not be indented but it is!</li>
      </ul>

      In web browsers this list is rendered with a 0 px left margin, so that each list item appears with a 0 px left margin as well. If the above HTML is set on a QLabel, however, the list is rendered with a normal left margin, i.e. it is indented as usual.

      Since margin-left is supported by Qt, it should be rendered correctly.

      Note that a workaround is to set a negative margin on each <li> tag's style.
