Invalid menu drawing

    Description

      Invalid menu drawing at Windows XP (others no tested yet) using Windows ("Classic") and WindwsXP styles:
      1) menu item icon drawing - the superfluous panel is drawn (Windows style)
      2) menu item checkmark drawing - the superfluous bevel is drawn (Windows style)
      3) hovered menu item checkmark drawing - invalid color of the checkmark (Windows and WindowsXP styles)
      4) submenu indicator (triangle) drawing - invalid triangle size (Windows and WindowsXP styles)
      WindowsVista style isn't affected by this bug
      The patch for [1] and [2] for Qt 4.7.0 provided.
