Microsoft Windows OS family (all supported)
Description
Windows cursors (which are absent in the form of standard cursors of OS) are provided by Qt internally as predefined bitmaps. So if the user customizes screen DPI by means of Windows OS, then Qt provided cursors are drawn with invalid size. This bug affects most of Windows applications using custom cursors (for example - Windows Explorer). But Qt can provide svg-to-bitmap-cached cursors (for example, by means of qsvgicon plugin) which are aware of customized DPI. Refuse custom cursors usage at all is offered as a temporary solution in attached patch (for Qt 4.7.0).
