Build failing when trying to build util\qdeclarativestateoperations.cpp on WinCE platform

      The latest master branch has been failing to build on WinCE platform due to what looks like macro name conflicts:- 

      util\qdeclarativestateoperations.cpp(578) : error C2039: 'qt_wince_rewind' : is not a member of 'QDeclarativeParentChange'
util\qdeclarativestateoperations.cpp(580) : error C3861: 'd_func': identifier not found
util\qdeclarativestateoperations.cpp(1539) : error C2039: 'qt_wince_rewind' : is not a member of 'QDeclarativeAnchorChanges'
util\qdeclarativestateoperations.cpp(1540) : error C2084: function 'void qt_wince_rewind(void)' already has a body
util\qdeclarativestateoperations.cpp(1541) : error C3861: 'd_func': identifier not found
