qmake: the famous IncrediBuild comments are missing in .vcproj files

      When IncrediBuild is installed and Qt is configured with IncrediBuild XGE support enabled, then "qmake -tp vc" should add magic comments to the custom build steps of generated .vcproj files. See mkspecs/features/incredibuild_xge.prf

      In Qt 4.7 the magic comments are missing for uic calls.
