QTranslatorMessage is part of the public API in Qt 3. However, it has been removed from Qt 4 (although it still exists in the Linguist source code). It is not part of the Qt 3 support classes, either.

This makes it very difficult to port applications from Qt 3 to Qt 4, which relies on this class.

It would be nice if QTranslatorMessage was part of the public API, or if Qt provided the equivalent functionality (including writing to translation files) through some other API.
