QPrinter::HighResolution wrong rendering

    Description

      On Mac OS X, QPrinter with HighResolution doesn't render correctly.
      In attached example, On Mac OS X prints 2 pages and the last one has only few pixel, while on Linux and Windows there's only one page printed.
