Suggestion
1) dragable area should be as big as possible.
2) the widget size should always fit to its contents.

Reason
1) When the dock bar is displayed in left or right, the dragable area is not equal the whole widget rectangle.
2) After drag the widget from one side to another side, such as from left to top, the size of the widget changes. User has to drag the border to shrink its size to fit for its contents.

Scenario
Use this class to realize dockable toolbar.
