Maximize button gets enable on a parent widget after closing child full screen widget ( Leopard only).

      Widget with only cancel button,when opens child widget as full screen. After closing fullscreen widget , maximize button gets enabled with cancel button on parent widget.
      This bug is reproducible in only Leopard. Also find attachment to verify this bug.
