There is no function to wait a QNetworkSession to close

      Use case:
      There is no function to wait a QNetworkSession to close.

      Here I proposed a new method in QNetworkSession class, the method name should be waitForClosed(int msecs) just like the existing waitForOpend() method,
      This method will wait until the session has been closed, up to msecs milliseconds
