Use case:
We use updateConfigurations to find all the wlan access points in an environment. But it can only get the access point configurations that we have manually added to the phone in settings->connectivity->destinations. The ones we doesn't add to the phone will not be found.
This class should contain a function that we can use it to find all wlan access points in an environment.
