When inserting html that has an aligned paragraph, it does not always respect the alignment of the paragraph

      When inserting html that has an aligned paragraph, it does not always respect the alignment of the paragraph, this especially happens after an insertBlock() call which takes the current format to be right aligned. Meaning that the html which has a left aligned paragraph gets overridden with a right aligned paragraph.
