Symbian: Qml plugins do not work with qtlibinfix

      In order to install two Qt versions in parallel on a Symbian system, one of the Qt's needs to be configured with qtlibinfix.

      The building (and resolving) of Qml plugins does not work in the qtlibinfix scenario.
