QAxServer and QAxContainer are not designed to be used at the same time

    Description

      Doing so may lead to problem or crash because they are sharing some "small" parts of code in qaxtypes.cpp which behave differently and are not compatible.

      In the documentation they look like they are independent modules which is not 100% the case. It would be nice to update the documentation to clarify this.
