QT for Symbian does not support the "Fixed Toolbar"

    Description

      In Symbian there are 2 soft-key buttons in the menuBar, then there are 3 buttons in the fixed toolbar. Only the menubar is being supported at the moment. This is a serious omission for Symbian development.
