Make the QPrintPreviewDialog/QPrintPreviewWidget show the actual orientation

      It should be possible to see what is expected to printed out. currently the QPrintPreviewDialog only shows pages in either portrait or landscape. So if one have several pages which is a mix of landscape and portrait, this is not shown in the preview.
      (When printing to file/printer the output is correct).

      Attached example demonstrates the problem.
