Make the "Recent Places" part of QFileDialog more configurable

    Description

      It would be nice if the "Recent Places" part of QFileDialog was more configurable, i.e. make it possible to only have recent entries shown for one specific application rather than for all Qt applications, and allow overriding the entries using the static functions when possible.
