qt_installer.sis package from Blackteam test #8 shows a "Cert error"

      Steps to reproduce:

      -Start with a clean phone, date/time/country set.
      -Using PC Suite, install qt_installer.sis
      -Click yes/continue on phone and wait for the console to come up
      -During the install there is an error after Webkit install
      "Cert error"
      -Error code = -1, press any key

      Reproduced in E71 and E75 a couple of times.
