Make QNetworkReplyFileImpl support PUT/POST

    Description

      In the long run we want to get rid of the backend architecture and the QNetworkReplyImpl.

      There is already QNetworkReplyFileImpl which is used for GET/HEAD.
      For POST/PUT still the QNetworkAccessFileBackend is used. Implement the functionality in QNetworkReplyFileImpl (or a new class) and remove QNetworkAccessFileBackend from source tree.
